Bio

With their enthusiasm and contagious energy, they are the French piano duo who are currently making a name for in France and around the world.

Since 2011, Naïri Badal and Adélaïde Panaget have formed the Duo Jatekok, Hungarian for “game”. An idea that will become their signature.

Following in the footsteps of their critically acclaimed albums “Danses”, “The Boys”, “Carnaval” and “Sorcellerie”, they offer each concert a musical cocktail that reflects their dynamism and expressiveness.

They regularly appear as soloists or with orchestra at Festival de la Roque d’Anthéron, Théâtre du Châtelet, Seine musicale in Paris, Flagey and Bozar halls in Brussels, as well as Nouveau siècle in Lille, Opéra de Tours, Folle Journée in Nantes and Warsaw, Shenzhen Philharmonic, Hong Kong, Guatemala, Glasgow… They are regularly invited by the orchestras of Lille, Toulouse, Geneva, Brussels, Guatemala, the BBC orchestra…

Since 2023, they have been associate artists of Opéra de Limoges, a collaboration that offers them the opportunity to develop their artistic projects as chamber musicians and concert artists, to strengthen their relationship with the public, and to continue working on future artistic projects in complete confidence.

They also multiply the opportunities to present original projects to the public, whether through sand drawing, mime, their partnership with comedian Alex Vizorek, hip-hop or their latest show Sorcellerie, a magical 8-hand concert for two pianos, which combines magic and music. Crossover doesn’t scare them, so much so that they’ve been asked to open for German metal band Rammstein on their tour of European and American stadiums in 2019 and 2022. On this occasion, they recorded their arrangements “Duo Jatekok plays Rammstein” for Universal.

Naïri Badal and Adélaïde Panaget have already won over a public that recognizes their sincerity, their complicity and their talent. Jatekok : playing the piano, with the piano, four hands, 2 pianos, classical, contemporary, with the public, with other musicians, other soloists. Playing is the heart and soul of their Duo.
